I am concerned by "innovative" music programs advertised in the NAMM website. This one at first looked great until I uncovered that it could possibly threaten our current established school programs. So many of them are businesses that offer after school programs instead of supporting music teachers who are certified, have music education degrees, and currently teaching in the schools. When schools cut their music programs, these "innovative" programs appear to be a "financial" solution for administrators. Take a look at "Little Kids Rock".
